OwnerKristin grew up in Scottsdale Arizona and moved to Kauai 16 years ago. Always having an impeccable eye for design and over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry on Kauai, Kristin has developed a unique insight into the needs of vacation rental homeowners and helped increase booking revenue for many clients.
She finds joy in supporting the creative process with clear financial goals and efficient business practices.
Kristin is very passionate and committed to interior design that adds value for her clients. She has a strong focus on detail and communication, making it her mission to create thoughtful, beautiful interiors that meets each clients aesthetic, functional and economic goals.
Sasha Mason
Sasha has called Hawaii home for over 30 years. Growing up in the beautiful state and owning several successful businesses, she has established a true understanding of how investing works in this unique market. With an extensive background from design to renewable energy, Sasha can advise her clients on many different levels. Her two areas of focus in real estate are luxury and investments. Not only has she been able to build a successful brand in Hawaii, she is an established community contributor. Sasha has built her brand around K.I.N.D ness, which stands for Knowledge, Integrity, Neighborly and Dedication. She has been honored nationally by her company for her community efforts and real estate achievements. In her spare time she enjoys mothering her two children, cooking, surfing, yoga, hiking and spending time with those who matter. Sasha's life goal is to build a legacy for her children and make a lasting impact on her community.
